About The Position
Roanoke College is hiring a part-time coach to assist in developing and recruiting players to achieve team goals. The coach will work closely with staff and perform duties relevant to coaching college rugby, along with other tasks assigned by the Associate Director of Athletics of Campus Recreation.
Responsibilities
- Coach the women’s rugby club team.
- Coordinate practice and game logistics.
- Support day-to-day operations.
- Assist with recruiting players.
- Ensure safe practices and game play.
- Help student leaders understand and follow club sports policies.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Associate Director of Athletics of Campus Recreation.
