The Women's Health Supervisor is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Women's Health Department and providing direct oversight to clinical and administrative staff. This role ensures efficient clinic flow, maintains operational standards, and promotes an exceptional patient experience.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of three years of healthcare experience required

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Women's Health, OB/GYN, or ambulatory care experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support and guidance to Medical Assistants, Front Desk staff, and ancillary personnel.
  • Coordinate staffing assignments and arrange coverage as needed to support continuity of patient care.
  • Maintain employee timecards and ensure accurate submission of payroll-related information.
  • Manage staff PTO requests and coordinate schedules to ensure appropriate coverage across Women's Health locations.
  • Assist with training and onboarding of new employees.
  • Serve as a resource to staff regarding departmental workflows and best practices.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Address staff concerns and escalate issues to leadership when appropriate.
  • Maintain inventory and oversee the ordering and distribution of clinical and office supplies across multiple Women's Health sites.
  • Ensure examination rooms are appropriately stocked, maintained, and operational across all Women's Health sites.
  • Promote and maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and organizational policies across all Women's Health locations.
  • Promote exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction.
  • Address patient concerns and facilitate timely resolution.
  • Support quality and regulatory initiatives.
  • Participate in departmental projects and initiatives as assigned.
