Requirements

  • 5+ years of healthcare operations or management experience.
  • Experience leading teams and managing operational performance.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality improvement principles.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience utilizing data to drive decisions.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills strongly preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational leadership across multiple Women's Health clinic locations.
  • Direct and support the Women's Health Supervisor and site staff.
  • Develop strategies to support growth, patient access, and service line expansion.
  • Partner with providers and leadership to improve patient access, provider utilization, and clinic capacity.
  • Utilize data and operational reports to identify trends and implement action plans.
  • Monitor productivity, expenses, resource utilization, and KPIs.
  • Lead recruitment, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of support staff.
  • Oversee supply management and operational readiness across all sites.
  • Promote compliance with policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead process improvement and change management initiatives.
  • Ensure a patient-centered culture and service excellence.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance management to supervisory staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and address employee relations matters with Human Resources.
  • Participate in budget planning and resource management
