2026 Women in Finance Workshop
About The Position
Lincoln International invites high-performing, motivated undergraduate women interested in learning more about the financial services industry to apply for our Women in Finance Workshop. We have designed a one-day program that will expose workshop attendees to the various opportunities available to them through a career in financial services, particularly investment banking. The agenda includes panel discussions with current female investment banking professionals, a Gravitas workshop designed to strengthen presentation skills, and opportunities to network with Lincoln International professionals of various levels. This program will serve as an event relevant to the 2028 summer internship recruiting cycle, so it will be a great opportunity to continue the conversation for junior year internships.
Requirements
- Current Sophomores in college or university
- Preferred Finance, Accounting or Business Major
- Minimum GPA of 3.5
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Assertive, self-motivated and desire to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Responsibilities
- Attend panel discussions with current female investment banking professionals.
- Participate in a Gravitas workshop designed to strengthen presentation skills.
- Network with Lincoln International professionals of various levels.
