About The Position

Lincoln International invites high-performing, motivated undergraduate women interested in learning more about the financial services industry to apply for our Women in Finance Workshop. This one-day program is designed to expose attendees to the various opportunities available through a career in financial services, particularly investment banking. The agenda includes panel discussions with current female investment banking professionals, a Gravitas workshop to strengthen presentation skills, and networking opportunities with Lincoln International professionals. This program is relevant to the 2028 summer internship recruiting cycle and is a great opportunity to continue the conversation for junior year internships. The workshop will take place on Thursday, November 19th, 2026, at Lincoln's Chicago Office.

Requirements

• Current Sophomores in college or university
• Minimum GPA of 3.5
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Assertive, self-motivated and desire to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.

• Preferred Finance, Accounting or Business Major
