About The Position
Join Ocean Beach Health as a Women & Children's Primary Care Provider and become part of a close-knit, mission-driven healthcare team where relationships matter and your work truly makes a difference. In this role, you'll provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care while building long-term relationships with patients and families in a supportive, rural coastal setting. This role offers a balanced schedule that supports both professional fulfillment and personal well-being, and is eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) as a non-profit employee.
Requirements
- Current Washington State license as an ARNP, MD, or DO (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience required
- Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and patient education skills
- Comfort working both independently and collaboratively in a primary care environment
- Experience with EHR systems
Nice To Haves
- Women's health, pediatrics, family medicine, or primary care experience preferred
- Epic experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services for women and pediatric patients, including preventive care, acute visits, and chronic condition management
- Conduct well-child visits, women's health exams, and age-appropriate screenings
- Diagnose and treat common illnesses and conditions across the lifespan of women and children
- Educate patients and families on wellness, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle choices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate referrals and continuity of care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with clinical standards and policies
