About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced WMS Systems Analyst responsible for overseeing the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of Emmi Roth’s Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). This role ensures that the WMS platform aligns with business goals, supports cross-functional processes, and enhances organizational efficiency across multiple manufacturing and warehousing facilities. The Analyst will lead WMS-related projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide both strategic direction and hands on support in system configuration, data management, reporting, integration, testing and user adoption. Coordinate resolution with external support and/or internal IT personnel. This position serves as main point of contact for the business users, ensuring WMS solution meets operational requirements while driving efficiency and continuous improvement. Occasional travel to support additional facilities will be required.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of WMS or ERP experience, preferably Oracle Fusion Cloud or JD Edwards (JDE) 9.1+
  • Strong functional knowledge of WMS processes including inbound receiving and put away, inventory management and control, and picking, packing, shipping, and outbound staging
  • Experience with RF software and hardware
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office systems
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects effectively, adhering to timelines and budgets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in analysis and implementation.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proactive and results-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Experience in the food manufacturing or distribution industry.
  • Experience with EDI, APIs, or system integrations

Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject-matter expert for data flows and system processes across the WMS system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and system solutions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including SOPs and detailed process flows
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the WMS system, including system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and providing technical support to end-users across all supported departments.
  • Analyze production issues, identify root causes (process vs system vs integration), and drive resolution
  • Support integrations between WMS and external systems
  • Lead WMS implementation, customization, and integration with other business applications across multiple sites.
  • Lead WMS related projects, including scope, budget, schedules, and risk management, while communicating status to leadership.
