Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing Warehouse Management Systems and Transportation Management Systems in a 3PL environment.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard WMS/TMS software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in system configurations.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with clients, understand logistics needs, and provide solutions.
  • Strong coordination skills, collaborating with internal teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Experience with Deposco is a plus.
  • Deposco training or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of Warehouse Management System and Transportation Management System solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of WMS/TMS with other enterprise systems.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of system configurations to guarantee accuracy and reliability.
  • Configure and maintain the WMS/TMS to meet the specific needs of our 3PL warehousing environment.
  • Implement system updates, patches, and enhancements to improve overall performance.
  • Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Utilize data analytic tools to generate actionable insights related to warehouse and transportation operations.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
  • Collaborate with IT Helpdesk to address and resolve system-related issues.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in WMS and TMS technologies.
  • Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and processes.
  • Become a subject matter expert in our WMS/TMS environment.
