About The Position

We are looking for a talented IT Developer- Senior to join our team specializing in Systems/Information Technology for our Corporate organization in Columbus, IN. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Strengthen application security by consistently applying secure coding standards, best practices, and UI guidelines throughout development. Enhance product quality by contributing to ongoing updates, improvements, and maintenance of applications and programs. Lead complex development efforts by configuring, analyzing, designing, and building robust, scalable application code. Improve reliability through detailed unit testing, secure code testing, and efficient resolution of defects or vulnerabilities. Ensure integrity and traceability of development work by driving best practices in source code management and version control. Optimize system performance by contributing to integration, systems, and performance testing, as well as tuning code for efficiency. Elevate code quality and security by participating in peer secure code reviews and providing constructive, actionable feedback. Increase development efficiency by identifying and promoting reusable code, configurations, procedures, and standardized techniques.

Requirements

College, university, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related subject, or relevant equivalent experience required.
Significant relevant experience required.
5-7 years of experience.
7–10+ years of experience with Blue Yonder/RedPrairie/JDA WMS .
Strong hands-on expertise in: MOCA Framework PageBuilder Integrator RF Framework Command and Transaction Development
Strong understanding of warehouse operations: Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Replenishment Packing, Shipping, Wave Planning Cycle Counting, Inventory Control Value Added Services
Experience in multi-site WMS deployments and global support.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Leadership qualities—mentoring, guiding, conducting design reviews.
Ability to work under pressure in mission-critical supply chain environments.

Nice To Haves

Experience with BY WMS Cloud (SaaS) and Luminate platform.
Exposure to robotics integration, WES, WLM (Labor Management).
Knowledge of Azure/AWS cloud platforms.
Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.

Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root-cause analysis, and support real-time data flows.
Optimize MOCA transactions, and improve system performance.
Diagnose issues with database performance, deadlocks, long-running jobs, and system bottlenecks.
Support database migration, schema management, and environment refreshes.
Lead development workstreams for WMS projects, enhancements, and global rollouts.
Partner with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
Create Technical Specification Documents (TSDs), architecture documentation, and deployment guides.
Mentor junior developers and ensure compliance with coding standards and CI/CD practices.
