About The Position

Kitsch is a certified female and minority-owned global beauty brand with products in over 32,000 retailers across 92 countries. We are seeking a WMS Coordinator to manage the flow of thousands of daily orders through our warehouse management system, ShipHero. This fully remote role involves monitoring order statuses, queues, and system health to ensure efficient and timely fulfillment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a systems-thinking approach and experience in e-commerce fulfillment.

Requirements

Hands-on ShipHero experience required.
2-4 years in e-commerce fulfillment, WMS administration, or 3PL operations.
Systems thinker: ability to identify and address systemic issues when an order breaks.
Ability to remain calm and effective during peak periods and product launches.
Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative.
Strong spoken and written English communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and proactively, especially during urgent escalations.
Comfortable working hours that overlap with the Los Angeles warehouse day.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Shopify, TikTok Shop, or Faire, and their integration with WMS.
Experience working with or within a 3PL.
Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

Own the daily health of online orders in ShipHero, from entry to shipment.
Monitor order pacing against daily targets and flag potential delays.
Prioritize and ensure the shipment of the oldest, most urgent orders first.
Verify that all orders are ready for fulfillment, including correct status, allocation, and visibility to the appropriate team.
Monitor ShipHero daily, including order statuses, queues, batches, and workflow enforcement settings.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation rules, order reprocessing, and order routing.
Proactively identify and address patterns that could lead to fulfillment stalls, such as missing shipping methods, allocation failures, or inventory movement issues.
Generate reports from ShipHero to analyze aging orders, blocked orders, and shipment data.
Escalate issues requiring hands-on attention from the Los Angeles warehouse team, such as low inventory or product movement needs.
Suggest process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
