Requirements
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in computer systems, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Allocation Merchandise Planning (AMP) systems is an asset.
- Previous experience in distribution, logistics, or a clerical warehouse role is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage paperwork to support order flow, including monitoring, controlling, and releasing orders.
- Update, maintain, and modify information within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Provide system and operational support to Supervisors, Inventory, and other warehouse team members.
- Communicate product status updates and operational issues clearly to relevant stakeholders.
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, system adjustments, and report generation.
- Investigate and resolve inventory or order discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Manage the checkout process and ensure proper use and functionality of RF equipment.
- Consistently deliver work that meets accuracy, timeliness, and quality standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
