We seek a WMS Administrator who operates with self-directed ownership, a strong commitment to collaboration, and the desire to become and thrive as the technical expert over our warehouse systems. This person sees what needs to be done, forecasting and resolving warehouse system problems before they impact operations, while building technical expertise, coaching others on best practices, and acting on it. They work with significant autonomy and independent judgment within the established technical direction, serving as the primary point of support for a distribution center and collaborating effectively across business operations, vendor partners, and IT teams to ensure AutomationDirect’s Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) run reliably, perform optimally, and deliver the value the organization depends on. This person takes active ownership of incidents, system monitoring, enhancement activities, project coordination, testing, training, and troubleshooting. They are the technical expert and trusted advisor for these critical systems. They embrace change and ambiguity, adapt rapidly to new technologies and shifting business priorities, and maintain focus amid competing demands. This position is an on-site position, working at multiple ADC facilities in Forsyth County, GA.
