About The Position

The Associate in WM Escheatment Operations collaborates with branches and stakeholders across multiple businesses to ensure eligible accounts and their assets are reported and delivered to states on time and in accordance with state escheatment guidelines. Escheatment Operations manages three campaigns across the spring, summer, and fall.

This is an Associate-level role in Operations, within Client Service & Relationship Management. The team manages internal and external client relationships through client service activities, efforts to optimize the client experience, and management of vendor and external business-partner relationships. The Operations division supports financial transactions, develops and implements controls, and builds client relationships.

Requirements

• Ability to establish clear goals and priorities and address non-standard issues within the area of expertise with minimal guidance and supervision.
• Subject matter expertise in the supported business area and client requirements, with the ability to ensure controls are not compromised to comply with client requests.
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the functional area and the team's operational and compliance policies and procedures.
• Collaboration and teamwork experience, including strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Critical-thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with branches and key stakeholders across multiple businesses on escheatment operations.
• Ensure eligible accounts and their assets are reported and delivered to states in a timely manner and in accordance with state escheatment guidelines.
• Support the spring, summer, and fall escheatment campaigns.
• Identify and escalate potential process anomalies to management in a timely manner.
• Analyze large datasets.
• Help maintain controls while addressing client requests.
