About The Position

Alliance Mobile is a large AT&T National Authorized Retailer with over 300 locations across 21 states. They are a community passionate about delivering wireless and entertainment solutions, committed to innovation, collaboration, and customer experiences. They are looking for a Store Manager to lead a sales team, drive profitability, and create unforgettable customer experiences in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. The role involves coaching, mentoring, and leading by example, building community connections, and sparking innovation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales management experience with a knack for leading teams
  • A proven track record of smashing sales goals and delivering top-tier customer service
  • Stellar communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with enthusiasm
  • Comfort with tech—think computers, wireless devices, and more!

Responsibilities

  • Boost store profits and hit sales targets with strategic flair
  • Coach and develop your team to deliver stellar performance
  • Recruit, hire, and guide employees, including making tough calls when needed
  • Manage store operations, scheduling, and compliance
  • Lead by example with role-plays and hands-on coaching
  • Jump in to support transactions and create memorable experiences
  • Partner with trainers to welcome and train new hires
  • Keep Alliance Mobile’s standards sky-high and expect the same from your team
  • Communicate seamlessly with your Alliance Mobile community
  • Work 45-50 hours/week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Lift up to 25 pounds when needed
