About The Position

Alliance Mobile is a large AT&T National Authorized Retailer with over 300 locations across 21 states. They are looking for a Store Manager to lead a sales team, drive profitability, and create excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. The role involves coaching, mentoring, and leading by example, with opportunities for community engagement and innovation.

Requirements

2+ years of sales management experience with a knack for leading teams
A proven track record of smashing sales goals and delivering top-tier customer service
Stellar communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Comfort with technology, including computers and wireless devices

Responsibilities

Boost store profits and hit sales targets with strategic flair
Coach and develop your team to deliver stellar performance
Recruit, hire, and guide employees, including making difficult decisions when necessary
Manage store operations, scheduling, and compliance
Lead by example with role-plays and hands-on coaching
Support transactions and create memorable customer experiences
Partner with trainers to welcome and train new hires
Maintain Alliance Mobile’s high standards and ensure team adherence
Communicate effectively with the Alliance Mobile community
Work 45-50 hours/week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Lift up to 25 pounds when needed
