They are looking for a Store Manager to lead a sales team, drive profitability, and create unforgettable customer experiences in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. The role involves coaching, mentoring, and leading by example, bringing the latest products to life, and building community connections.

Requirements

2+ years of sales management experience with a knack for leading teams
A proven track record of smashing sales goals and delivering top-tier customer service
Stellar communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Comfort with tech—think computers, wireless devices, and more!

Responsibilities

Boost store profits and hit sales targets with strategic flair
Coach and develop your team to deliver stellar performance
Recruit, hire, and guide employees, including making tough decisions when needed
Manage store operations, scheduling, and compliance
Lead by example with role-plays and hands-on coaching
Jump in to support transactions and create memorable customer experiences
Partner with trainers to welcome and train new hires
Uphold Alliance Mobile’s standards and expect the same from your team
Communicate seamlessly with your Alliance Mobile community
Work 45-50 hours/week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Lift up to 25 pounds when needed
