About The Position

Alliance Mobile, an AT&T authorized retailer, is hiring a full-time Wireless Retail Sales Representative in North Andover, Massachusetts. The representative helps customers identify suitable AT&T products and services and provides a positive in-store experience. The role involves selling wireless products, services, and technology, building customer relationships, and working with a team toward sales goals. Employees receive ongoing training and opportunities for career growth. Spanish and English speaking is preferred.

Base pay is $17.00 per hour. Average total pay is $21.00 per hour, including typical performance bonuses; top performers earn $30 or more per hour, with no cap on bonus earnings.
