About The Position

They are seeking a Store Manager to lead a sales team, drive profitability, and create exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales management experience with a focus on leading teams
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and delivering excellent customer service
  • Stellar communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfort with technology, including computers and wireless devices

Responsibilities

  • Boost store profits and hit sales targets with strategic flair
  • Coach and develop your team to deliver stellar performance
  • Recruit, hire, and guide employees, including making difficult decisions when necessary
  • Manage store operations, scheduling, and compliance
  • Lead by example with role-plays and hands-on coaching
  • Support transactions and create memorable customer experiences
  • Partner with trainers to welcome and train new hires
  • Maintain Alliance Mobile's high standards and ensure team adherence
  • Communicate effectively with the Alliance Mobile community
  • Work 45-50 hours/week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Lift up to 25 pounds when needed
