About The Position

Your Wireless, a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, is hiring a full-time Wireless Retail Sales Associate to provide an excellent customer experience. The associate works directly with customers, educates them about Verizon products and services, and guides them through selection and purchase. The role includes sales and customer-service work in a retail environment, with an uncapped commission structure and opportunities for growth within the company. Associates may need to travel to various locations within their assigned district as business needs dictate.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a similar retail role, preferably with Verizon Wireless or another wireless business.
Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles.
Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products, and customer service.
Ability to travel to various locations in the assigned district as business needs dictate.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
At least 18 years of age and able to provide proof of U.S. work eligibility.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

Create an ideal customer experience for each customer.
Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
Educate customers about Verizon products and services.
Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
Handle customer situations as trained to satisfy customers’ needs.
Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with assigned individual or team tasks.
Complete required training as directed by Your Wireless and Verizon Wireless.
Set an example of personal and professional conduct.
Develop professional skills to take on additional responsibilities and pursue career advancement opportunities.
