About The Position

We are seeking a Wireless Program Manager to lead the development, integration, and delivery of innovative wireless and AI-enabled solutions. This individual will translate customer mission needs into compelling offerings by leveraging existing company capabilities, including the AI-RAN Stack, EdgeXtend, VisionAI, Secured Wireless, and related technologies. The Program Manager will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate solution delivery, and collaborate with internal product organizations to identify product overlaps, integration opportunities, and strategic synergies. This role will help maximize technology reuse, strengthen portfolio differentiation, align investments with customer priorities, and accelerate growth across current and emerging opportunities. Operates with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision; mentors or supervises employees in both company and technical competencies.

Requirements

Experience with technologies such as wireless communications, radio access networks, or AI-RAN
Experience with program, product, or technical leadership
Experience delivering complex, multi-disciplinary technology solutions
Knowledge of customer mission requirements and technology-to-mission alignment
Ability to collaborate across internal product and engineering organizations
Ability to develop compelling technical and business strategies for emerging opportunities
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in a technical field

Nice To Haves

Experience with Open Radio Access Network, edge computing, 5G/6G, private wireless, spectrum technologies, or tactical communications
Experience supporting government, defense, public-sector, or critical-infrastructure customers
Experience with proposal development, capture management, customer engagement, and portfolio strategy
Possession of excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills
