About The Position

abra professional services is seeking an experienced Wireless Communications Integration Engineer to integrate and test complex wireless communication systems combining RF, hardware, firmware, and software technologies. This is a full-time position located in central Israel.

The engineer will integrate prototypes and third-party systems, conduct system-level testing, and collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the integration process. The work includes manual and automated testing, use of advanced RF test equipment and software tools, and integration with multiple communication platforms and Command and Control (C2) interfaces.

Requirements

• Electrical or Electronics Engineer or Practical Engineer qualification is mandatory.
• At least 3 years of experience in complex system integration is mandatory.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of RF technologies is mandatory.
• Experience integrating hardware, firmware, and software systems is mandatory.
• Familiarity with RF test equipment and advanced software tools is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of wireless communication systems is mandatory.
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency is mandatory.
• Strong system-level thinking, analytical skills, and ability to adapt to complex technologies are mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams are mandatory.
• Strong learning abilities, technological flexibility, and high motivation are mandatory.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced academic education.
• Background in Electronic Warfare (EW) and radar systems.
• Experience in electronic circuit analysis.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Integrate hardware, firmware, and software components into complex wireless communication systems.
• Perform system integration of prototypes developed by Hardware, Software, and Firmware teams.
• Conduct comprehensive manual testing and implement automated testing processes.
• Work with advanced RF test equipment and software tools.
• Integrate third-party systems and work with multiple communication platforms.
• Work with Command and Control (C2) interfaces.
• Perform system-level testing involving RF signal reception, signal decoding, and processing.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the integration process.
