About The Position

NorthEast Electrical is seeking a dependable, hardworking team player to join its warehouse team as a Wire Cutter. The role involves fulfilling customer orders by selecting, measuring, cutting, coiling, spooling, and labeling wire, as well as handling inventory and preparing materials for orders. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with a 2:00 PM start time, and pays $23.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Previous wire-cutting experience is preferred but not required.
• Forklift/PIT experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review customer orders and select the correct type, size, and quantity of wire.
• Measure and cut wire using wire-cutting machinery.
• Coil, spool, and label wire for customer orders.
• Load and unload reels from wire-cutting equipment.
• Restock and replenish wire inventory.
• Prepare and stage materials for orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse standards.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed.
