The Program Team Lead will provide leadership and support to staff in WIOA and TANF related to gaining and/or retaining employment and career advancement, while ensuring outstanding customer service to program participants. This role involves ensuring professional one-on-one working relationships with participants to assist in eliminating challenges that are hindrances to obtaining and retaining employment. The Team Lead will partner with the Performance Team to interpret data and translate it into actionable steps for all Workforce Connectors, and conduct quality assurance reviews of WIOA eligibility documentation, collaborating with the Performance Analyst to ensure compliance with program regulations, policies, and data integrity standards. Additionally, the role includes reviewing completed participant enrollments, assigning participants to the appropriate Workforce Connector, and coordinating case distribution to support timely service delivery and caseload management. The Team Lead will perform bi-weekly caseload reconciliations for staff to ensure consistent and comprehensive case management and follow-up, provide guidance and support to staff to ensure positive outcomes and goals are met, and verify that post-placement contacts are completed in accordance with WIOA, TANF, and contract requirements. Facilitating weekly meetings with staff to ensure best practices are implemented and discussing improvements/goals, working with the leadership team on implementing processes that increase customer engagement, and monitoring staff performance with participation in quarterly staff reviews are also key functions. Based on customer demand, the role may also provide case management and follow-up.
