About The Position

Snowpine Lodge is a luxury mountain resort in Utah’s Alta Ski Area. The Winter Maintenance Tech 2 role is described as a Maintenance Engineer position responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing the hotel’s mechanical and electrical systems, as well as managing preventive maintenance schedules. The role calls for problem-solving, a commitment to quality and safety, and a focus on making a positive impact in a dynamic hotel and resort environment. This is a full-time seasonal winter position, performed onsite. On-site housing is available, and ski benefits are offered.

Requirements

• Meet the minimum age requirements of the jurisdiction.
• Have HVAC, plumbing, or electrical skills.
• Have light carpentry skills and knowledge of paint and wallpaper.
• Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Be able to read, write, and understand English.

Nice To Haves

• Two to five years of experience in a hotel, resort, commercial, or institutional maintenance environment.
• Certification in pool operation.
• A valid driver’s license.
• A background in preventive maintenance.
