About The Position

Snowpine Lodge is seeking a Winter Maintenance Tech 2 to help maintain quality and safety at its hotel and resort. The role involves maintaining, repairing, and installing mechanical and electrical systems and managing preventive maintenance schedules. The position is full-time and seasonal for winter, and is on-site. On-site housing and ski benefits are available. Compensation is $24–$26, DOE.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience preferred in a hotel, resort, commercial, or institutional maintenance environment.
• HVAC, plumbing, or electrical skills.
• Light carpentry skills and knowledge of paint and wallpaper.
• Meet the minimum age requirements of the jurisdiction.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Read, write, and understand English.
• Pre-employment drug test and background check required.

Nice To Haves

• Pool operation certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Background in preventive maintenance.
