Requirements

1+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or winery experience preferred.
Collaborative mindset—someone who sees teamwork as essential to success.
Strong work ethic and a natural inclination to support the team.
Genuine passion for hospitality and making others feel welcome.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities with versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
Contributions to an inclusive environment.
Certification in California Food Handlers Training is required within 30 days of employment.
Certification in California RBS Training is required within 30 days of employment.
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings for special events.
Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality, whether it's their first visit or they are long-time friends and members of the winery.
Collaborate closely with the hospitality, culinary, and concierge teams to ensure smooth operations, enhancing the overall guest experience.
Actively build strong guest relationships and tailored experiences by capturing all guest preferences and details accurately.
Maintain a pristine, well-stocked service area, ensuring plates, silverware, and glassware are always available; and restock wine, merchandise, and collateral materials as needed.
Support the hospitality team with setup, transitions, and closing duties to create a seamless flow of service.
Anticipate the needs of both guests and colleagues, responding with efficiency and warmth.
Engage with guests to enhance their experience, offering assistance and thoughtful interactions.
Adapt to shifting priorities with a calm, team-first approach, balancing multiple tasks with grace.
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization, contributing to the estate’s refined atmosphere.
Ensure all entryways and high-traffic areas remain clean and elegantly presented at all times.
Provide on-site support during events to ensure seamless operations and a flawless, immersive guest experience.
Assist with event setup and breakdown, including thoughtful furniture arrangements, décor, and equipment placement.
Take ownership of the overall guest experience, ensuring that every space enhances comfort, luxury, and connection.
