The Dedicated Spirits Specialist performs all essential functions in an effort to enhance market execution at targeted on/off premise accounts. This role involves partnering with the sales team to ensure account execution aligns with distributor and supplier standards, leading department-specific trainings on spirits, and developing strong relationships with retail account managers. The specialist will work closely with sales representatives, brand managers, sales management, and supplier partners to drive priorities and develop spirits brands. Key responsibilities include developing promotional activities and events to maximize volume potential, ensuring execution of all spirits standards, and meeting individualized monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The role also requires attending meetings to share best practices and competitive intelligence, and a commitment to continuous personal and professional development through company-required trainings.
