About The Position

Treasury Wine Estates (TWE) is seeking a Lead Tasting Room Associate (Wine Educator Lead) to bring Beaulieu Vineyard's wines and story to life through engaging tastings and immersive moments. This role will serve as an ambassador of the tasting room, driving sales, hosting elevated experiences, and leading daily operations as a shift supervisor in partnership with the Assistant Hospitality Sales Manager. The new hospitality center at Beaulieu Vineyard is scheduled to open in July 2026.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years’ wine sales, restaurant and/or hospitality service experience
Self-motivated, highly organized, and require minimal day-to-day direction
Able to effectively communicate in English with all levels of employees and consumers, written and spoken, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
Able to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays
Basic understanding of winemaking
Must be able to travel on occasion to other Company locations
Must be able to lift 40 pounds
Must be at least 21 years of age
Clean professional appearance

Nice To Haves

Strong knowledge of Napa Valley area, food and wine market is preferred

Responsibilities

Serve as the first impression for all guests, delivering a warm, concierge-led welcome and engaging confidently in conversation
Host and support wine tastings, tours, and floor experiences while stepping in as needed
Lead daily floor operations, including team breaks, coverage, and shift flow
Coach and support team members to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences
Drive sales through POS transactions, wine club promotion, and order fulfillment
Support events, private experiences, and onsite activations
Maintain merchandising, inventory, and overall tasting room presentation
Uphold service standards, policies, and complete additional projects as needed
