Requirements
- Previous wine director or sommelier experience in a high-end restaurant setting

Responsibilities
- Ownership over wine program creation, direction, organization, ordering, invoicing and inventory
- Floor management tasks as needed
- 5 shifts/week of selling wine to guests during dinner service
- Training and development of staff
- Helping to improve systems and culture
