As a successful Wine and Restaurant Manager, you will be the key to fulfilling our promise to make every guest visit a memorable celebration of food, wine, and personalized service. In addition, the manager will oversee, manage, and direct wine and the beverage program to ensure they attain or exceed established quality standards, productivity goals, budget and unit cost objectives, new product development support, and implementation timelines. The manager will be responsible for rolling out new company wine and beverage initiatives, while ensuring inventories are managed and maximum wine quality standards are achieved.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience
Minimum of 3 years prior salaried management experience
Minimum of 2 years of managing a wine and beverage program in high volume environment
Strong wine and beverage training experience
Availability to work a flexible schedule
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Must be at least 21 years of age
Basic computer proficiency preferred

Driving restaurant results through management of the beverage departments’ P&L, developing initiatives to build sales, increase profitability, growing the guest count of your restaurant and foster learning of wines and beverages with the associates through extensive training programs.
Taking pride in presenting quality food and drink by ensuring that all menu items are made according to recipe and the presentation is at our high standards.
