Windscreen Fitter Glazier – Brisbane West
About The Position
RACQ is seeking a Windscreen Fitter to provide workshop and mobile automotive glazing services across a range of vehicle makes and models. The role involves working independently, travelling to customer locations, replacing and repairing automotive glass, and delivering a professional service experience. The position is based in Ipswich or Slacks Creek and is full-time, Monday to Friday, for 40 hours per week. Experienced applicants may earn up to $43 per hour based on experience, plus superannuation. Trainee opportunities are also available, starting at $29.50 per hour, with the potential to complete a trade qualification.
Requirements
- Previous experience in windscreen fitting, automotive glazing, or a related trade; trainee opportunities are available for candidates without experience.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and manage a mobile service schedule.
- Current C Class Driver Licence.
- Ability to complete pre-employment screening.
- For trainee applicants: genuine interest in the automotive industry and motivation to build a long-term career.
