About The Position

Famous is seeking a Windows and Doors Showroom Sales Consultant to assist customers with design and product selection for their Window and Door projects. The role involves providing sales quotations, processing and managing customer orders, and maintaining the showroom's cleanliness and organization. This position is ideal for a positive, growth-oriented individual who thrives in a purpose-driven organization with a family culture.

Requirements

• Window and Door design knowledge
• Customer service mindset
• Ability to use computer
• Ability to stand on feet for majority of an 8-hour day
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• 1-3 yrs preferred experience in the industry with knowledge of blueprints and residential window & door products
• Experience using Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service
• Understand customer needs and meet their expectations
• Provide the products and solutions to meet customer needs
• Read blueprints to understand projects and find product specs
• Quote projects
• Process customer orders
• Keep showroom clean and organized
• May be required to travel to customer jobsites to take field measurements
