Their primary responsibility will be to install window tint accurately and efficiently, ensuring a clean, professional finish that meets customer expectations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a window tint installer, preferably in an automotive or dealership setting.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Manual dexterity and steady hand-eye coordination.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and technologies.

Responsibilities

Install automotive window tint films on a variety of vehicles with precision and consistency.
Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning and pre-treating windows to ensure proper film adhesion.
Cut and apply tint using hand-cut and/or computer-cut systems.
Inspect completed work to ensure a high-quality, bubble-free finish.
Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace in a clean and organized manner.
Communicate effectively with team members and service advisors regarding job status and timelines.
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines during installation.
Stay up-to-date with the latest tinting materials, tools, and installation techniques.
