About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is seeking window and door installers to join its installation teams. This is a full-time, year-round W-2 position based in Appleton, Wisconsin. The role involves onsite installation and removal of windows and doors, maintaining product and construction knowledge, identifying situations that could affect customer expectations, job costs, or code performance, and proposing solutions. Installers work to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong customer relationships before, during, and after installation.

Requirements

• Valid Wisconsin driver's license and good driving record.
• At least one year of window and door installation experience.
• General tool knowledge.
• General knowledge of safety practices.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Comfort working at heights and on ladders and/or scaffolding.
• Ability to work in any type of weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience installing windows and/or patio doors is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and remove windows and doors onsite.
• Identify situations that could affect customer expectations, job costs, or code performance and provide solutions.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of products, installation techniques, and construction basics.
• Ensure customers accept proposed solutions or alternate installation techniques.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers before, during, and after installation.
