Requirements

Experience managing teams in construction or building supply
Knowledge of window and door products/applications
Experience with ordering systems and ERP platforms (e.g., Bistrack)
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen

Nice To Haves

Experience with premium products (e.g., Marvin Windows)
Background in operations and field coordination
Proven track record improving processes and team performance

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Window & Door Specialists
Manage the full order lifecycle: quote ? order ? scheduling ? installation ? service
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all project details
Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and field teams
Proactively resolve issues and support escalations
Improve workflow efficiency and enforce process standards
