About The Position

Window World of Youngstown is seeking a hands-on Installation Manager who is comfortable with both physical work and customer interactions. This is not a desk job; it requires a problem-solver who can manage personalities, enforce high standards, and represent the brand effectively under pressure.

Requirements

Deep experience in replacement windows, doors, and siding, including knowledge of tools and techniques.
Proven ability to manage both independent contractors and internal technicians, being firm but fair.
Strong conflict resolution skills with the ability to de-escalate upset customers.
Attention to detail, ensuring jobs are completed correctly the first time.
Professionalism, including a valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

Ability to bend metal on a brake.
Skill in navigating difficult conversations with homeowners.

Responsibilities

Manage installation crews, including schedules and quality control, ensuring all jobs meet company standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for installation crews.
Address customer concerns and resolve project issues, aiming to convert negative experiences into positive reviews.
Collaborate with the General Manager and office staff to ensure seamless communication between field and office operations.
Provide hands-on support, including coaching new technicians and troubleshooting complex installations.
