About The Position

Window World of Toledo is seeking a hands-on Installation Manager who is comfortable with both physical installation tasks and customer relations. This role involves leading installation crews, managing schedules, overseeing quality, and resolving customer issues. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between field operations and office staff, providing hands-on support and mentorship. This is not a desk job but a role for a problem-solver who can manage personalities, enforce high standards, and represent the brand effectively.

Requirements

Deep experience in replacement windows, doors, and siding.
Proficiency with installation tools and techniques.
Experience in managing independent contractors and internal technicians.
Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to de-escalate customer issues.
Attention to detail, ensuring jobs are done correctly the first time.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to pass a background check.
Ability to manage personalities and enforce high standards.

Nice To Haves

Experience bending metal on a brake.
Ability to navigate difficult customer conversations.

Responsibilities

Manage installation crews, including schedules and quality control.
