About The Position

Window World of Youngstown is seeking a hands-on Installation Manager who is comfortable with both the technical aspects of installation and customer relations. This role involves leading installation crews, managing schedules, overseeing quality, and ensuring company standards are met. The Installation Manager will also serve as the primary point of contact for customer issue resolution, bridging communication between field crews and office staff, and providing hands-on support and troubleshooting. This is not a desk job but a leadership role for a problem-solver who can manage personalities, enforce high standards, and represent the brand effectively.

Requirements

Deep experience in replacement windows, doors, and siding.
Proficiency with installation tools and techniques.
Proven ability to manage and motivate both independent contractors and internal technicians.
Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to de-escalate customer issues.
Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring jobs are done correctly the first time.
Professional demeanor.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Manage installation crews, including independent contractors and internal technicians.
Oversee job schedules and ensure quality standards are met on all job sites.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer issue resolution and project problem-solving.
De-escalate upset customers by demonstrating the value and quality of the company's process.
Liaise with the General Manager and office staff to ensure seamless communication between field and office operations.
Provide hands-on support, coaching, and troubleshooting for complex installations.
Ensure adherence to company standards and the "Window World Way."
