Window Cleaning Technician
About The Position
Join Fish Window Cleaning of Edina for a job where working harder and getting better actually increases what you earn. We are looking for dependable, motivated people who want to work outside, stay active, learn a skilled trade, and have their evenings and weekends free. This is not a job where your earning potential is capped just because you’re on the clock. Our technicians are paid based on performance and production. As you become faster, more skilled, and capable of completing more work at a high level, your earning potential increases with you. Most workdays are Monday through Friday, approximately 7:30 AM–3:00 PM, with no nights, weekends, or holidays. No window cleaning experience is required, and we provide paid training. As a Window Cleaning Technician, you'll travel to homes and businesses throughout the west and south Twin Cities metro and complete professional cleaning services for our customers.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Valid auto insurance
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
- Able to safely lift, carry, and maneuver window cleaning equipment
- Able to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check

Responsibilities
- Cleaning interior and exterior windows at homes, storefronts, offices, and commercial properties
- Using professional window cleaning equipment, including traditional tools and water-fed pole systems
- Working safely from ladders and around residential and commercial properties
- Cleaning screens and other window components
- Performing additional services such as gutter cleaning, surface/power washing, awning cleaning, high dusting, and other specialty cleaning
- Following daily routes and completing scheduled work efficiently
- Performing quality-control checks before leaving each job
- Communicating professionally with customers
- Protecting customers' homes, businesses, landscaping, and property
- Maintaining clean and organized equipment
- Representing Fish Window Cleaning professionally at every job
