About The Position
Since 2018, Fish Window Cleaning has been the go-to team for homes and businesses throughout the Birmingham area. We're growing and looking to add 1–2 people to our crew. You don't need any prior experience in the trade — we care more about attitude than resume. Never touched a squeegee? No problem. No certifications, no degree required. If you're willing to learn, we'll handle the training. The vast majority of jobs are done from the ground; ladder work comes up occasionally, and we train you on it fully. You will be riding out to job sites in a company vehicle and talking with customers, leaving every job looking sharp. Fish Window Cleaning has grown to be the world's largest window cleaning company with more than 250 franchise territories in 43 states, yet we still maintain the traditional values we were founded on. We will always treat every customer as though they are our only customer. Since its inception over three decades ago, Fish Window Cleaning has been dedicated to being a considerate and respectable neighbor in the communities where we work and live. We are looking for courteous, self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and a reasonably clean driving record
- Comfortable getting on a ladder
- Can lift around 50 lbs and stay active on your feet all day
- Shows up on time, every time
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Proof of insurance
