About The Position

Finicky Window Cleaning & Pressure Cleaning is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as High-Rise Window Cleaning Technicians. Previous window cleaning experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to safety. This is a skilled trade that combines technical skill, physical ability, safety, equipment knowledge, and attention to detail. The company is a family-owned, faith-centered company that has proudly served the Pinellas County area for over 24 years. They specialize in window cleaning and pressure washing for both commercial and residential properties and are members of the International Window Cleaning Association (IWCA) and Power Washers of North America (PWNA).

Responsibilities

• Assist with professional window cleaning projects
• Learn and perform exterior and interior window cleaning
• Work as part of a professional window cleaning crew
• Follow all safety procedures and training
• Properly use and care for company tools and equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work outdoors in Florida weather
• Learn to work safely and professionally at elevated heights
• Communicate respectfully with coworkers, supervisors, and customers
• Represent Finicky professionally at customer properties
