Requirements

Strong work ethic and reliability — you show up ready to go
Comfortable working outdoors and working at heights
Positive attitude and great communication skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and move equipment safely

Nice To Haves

Experience in window cleaning or exterior services is a plus, but not required — we train the right people

Responsibilities

Clean interior and exterior windows, screens, tracks, and glass doors. Often times these are at height.
Perform gutter cleaning, light pressure washing, and related exterior services
During the holidays, hang holiday lights and festive decorations
Operate ladders, lifts and equipment safely and confidently
Provide friendly, professional service at every job site
Maintain a clean work vehicle, tools, and uniform
Work independently and as part of a team to complete daily routes efficiently
