About The Position
As a Window Cleaning Technician, you will be part of a team that meets daily to understand the game plan. You will drive a company-provided vehicle to customers' homes or businesses, often with another team member, to perform specific services. You may interact with customers to ensure their expectations are met. The day concludes with a recap at the Shine office. This is an entry-level position with no prior experience required, offering paid training to learn a valuable trade and advance your skills.
Requirements

- Must be able to lift and carry a ladder – up to 30 pounds
- Must not be afraid of heights

Responsibilities
- Meet with the team daily to understand the day's game plan.
- Drive a Shine vehicle to customers' homes or businesses, typically with another team member.
- Perform services specific to the customer's needs.
- Meet customers to ensure their expectations are met.
- End the day back at the Shine office to recap the day.
