Requirements
- Be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Be comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Be physically able to lift equipment and climb ladders
- Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
Nice To Haves
- Have window-cleaning experience—preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
Responsibilities
- Cleaning interior and exterior windows
- Cleaning screens, tracks, frames, and sills
- Safely using ladders and water-fed pole equipment
- Working efficiently while maintaining excellent quality
- Providing friendly, professional customer service
- Following all company procedures and safety standards
