Window Cleaning Technician

About The Position
This is an entry-level position where you will be part of a team that drives to customers' homes or businesses to perform window cleaning services. You will meet with the team daily to understand the day's plan, drive in a company vehicle to customer locations, perform services, and potentially meet with customers to ensure their expectations are met. The day concludes with a recap at the office.
Requirements
- Must like to work with people
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift and carry a ladder – up to 30 pounds.
- Must not be afraid of heights
- Must be able to work outside

Responsibilities
- Meet with the team to understand the day's game plan.
- Drive in a Shine vehicle to customers' homes or businesses.
- Perform window cleaning services specific to customer needs.
- Meet customers to ensure expectations are met.
- Recap the day back at the Shine office.
