We are currently hiring motivated Window Cleaning Technicians who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in high-quality work, and want to be part of a supportive team environment. The Window Cleaning Technician is responsible for completing residential and commercial window cleaning services while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a high standard of safety and professionalism. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, being outdoors, working as part of a team, and creating a great experience for customers. This position combines window cleaning, exterior service work, customer service, and teamwork in a fast-paced field environment.

Responsibilities
- Complete exterior and interior window cleaning services for residential and commercial customers
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service on every job
- Work efficiently as part of a team to complete scheduled service appointments
- Maintain strong customer relationships through positive communication and quality work
- Help create a memorable customer experience at every service visit
- Follow company procedures and safety standards while working on-site
- Continuously improve through training, coaching, and feedback
