About The Position

Since opening in April 2012, our company has grown to be one of the largest window cleaning businesses in North America. We love what we do, and it shows in every window we clean. Sparkle Squad has opened multiple locations across the United States and Canada. As we continue to open locations across the United States, we want to provide our employees with exciting opportunities. All our managers started at entry-level positions within the company and there is plenty of room to grow into a management role in the 2024 season. All employees at Sparkle Squad start at a minimum of $20/hr + tips. We are a young, rapidly growing company that has reinvented the process of commercial and residential window cleaning. At every point of the process, we have developed and utilized technology to increase the efficiency of our workers and the transactional ease of our customers. Requirements

Driver's License (Required)
Ability to climb ladders at varies heights.
Ability to lift 50lbs independently.
Work in varies weather conditions.
Operate company equipment safely and according to guidelines.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in residential or commercial window and exterior service cleaning (window, pressure washing, gutters, etc.) is preferred but not mandatory.
Previous experience installing Holiday lights on residential and commercial properties.
Familiarity with operating scissor lifts is a plus: training will be provided for those without experience.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Excellent time management skills, with ability to prioritize task effectively.
Ability to work independently or as a team with residential and commercial customers.
