About The Position

As a Window Cleaning Crew Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team to provide window cleaning services to residential and commercial customers. Each morning, you'll meet with your team to discuss the day's plan, then drive a company vehicle to customer locations. You will communicate with customers before, during, and after the service to ensure their expectations are met. This role involves performing window cleaning services, potentially upselling additional services, processing payments, and returning to the office to recap the day and prepare the vehicle for the next day.

Requirements

• Must like to work with people.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder up to 30 pounds.
• Must not be afraid of heights.
• Must be able to work outside.
• Must want to work in a leadership capacity.
