About The Position

Fish Window Cleaning is seeking a dependable, hardworking, courteous, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Window Cleaner for a part-time role. The work involves cleaning glass at residential and commercial locations, including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from one to three stories. Routes are primarily in Bellevue, Redmond, and Kirkland, Washington, and a company vehicle is provided for work-related routes.

The position is approximately 20–30 hours per week, with starting pay of $25 per hour and the opportunity to earn more based on experience, performance, and skill. No nights or weekends are required. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are part of the role. Fish Window Cleaning is a franchise; each location is independently owned and operated, and applicants apply to the independent company operating the location.

Requirements

• Be reliable, punctual, courteous, self-motivated, friendly, and detail-oriented.
• Be comfortable working outdoors and performing physical work.
• Be able to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Have a valid driver’s license and a responsible driving record.
• Have reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
• Be willing to learn and take pride in the work.

• Previous window-cleaning experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean residential and/or commercial windows to a high standard.
• Clean window glass, frames, tracks, and screens as needed.
• Safely use window-cleaning tools, equipment, and ladders when required.
• Travel between scheduled jobs using the company-provided vehicle.
• Provide friendly, professional service to customers.
• Maintain equipment and keep the work vehicle clean and organized.
• Complete minimal paperwork as required.
