Experienced Window Cleaner - Part Time
About The Position
Fish Window Cleaning is hiring part-time window cleaners for its growing operation in the metro Chattanooga area. The role involves cleaning interior and exterior windows on commercial and residential buildings up to three stories tall, working both indoors and outdoors in southeast weather. Candidates should be comfortable using ladders, maintain a positive attitude, and provide extraordinary customer service. No prior experience is necessary, though experience is welcome. Paid training is provided, and growth opportunities are available. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pay is $20–$30+ per hour based on productivity and work completed.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation for travel between job sites.
- Liability car insurance.
- Positive attitude and commitment to extraordinary customer service.
- Self-motivated and able to work alone.
- Comfortable working outdoors in southeast weather and using ladders.
